Need a room

Effective sept 1st my lease,after 5 years has expired and the initial move didn't materialize,as a result I'm seeking a temporary option for housing.My first preferance is Mt. Vernon area,as that's where I've lived for the previous 5 years,although I'm open to hampten,canton,lower fells pt,and even catonsville area for reasons I'll discuss further if it's asked.mostly just work related.At this time I'm able to commit to $500 a month rent,and a minimal deposit.If the arrangement is mutually good for all, staying longer would be awesome too.A bit about me, WM,early 30s' non smoker,casual drinker,no legal issues,or history of them.pet friendly,more so than ppl actually,and going back to school now pt just because I can,and it's enjoyable.I'm not expecting a perfect fit,but I don't live with republicans or iliterate people,that's my line in the sand.I've had roomates in the past and know what comes with it,so all I can tell you is that I'm a responsible adult who excersises common courtesy and pays his bills on time.If this sounds like an option for you,then please email me and we'll see if it's worth pursuing.I need a room by sept 15th,that is my goal date if relevent.
